Carrie Neff

A little about me. I am a wife, mom and a Child of God. If I am not at the gym, I love to spend time with my family. I have 3 kids,1 boy, 2 girls and I cannot forget about my fur baby, Rocco. We love to take day trips and go hiking or swimming.  We also love to travel. When I have time, I like to bake. I have baked for weddings, birthdays or just because. You can also find me occasionally strolling the aisles of Hobby Lobby, at the local coffee shop or hanging out with my friends.  And on super rare occasions when I get some free time, I love to read!

I started instructing fitness classes in October of 2021. I had been a member for many years and always knew I wanted to be an instructor.  Having lost 110 lbs. and dealing with 2 autoimmune diseases I want to help others achieve goals they may think are impossible. I often tell my class we are working on the 6-pack we all have within us!  I also say what we do now, is for our future and your future self will thank you one day. When you tell me you can't, I am going to tell you, YOU CAN.  My motto - I CAN. I WILL. END OF STORY!  

I truly believe what I do is a calling. I want to help others be the best version of themselves. Whether I am creating a class plan for a group fitness class or for a personal client, I like to take the time putting together a well-executed workout. I was once told I was sweet as sugar but I had a spicy side when it came to my workouts!  I want to make sure that you are being pushed and challenged in every class while having fun doing it.

I know what it is like to be overweight and unhealthy.  I know what it is like dealing with a disease. I know what it is like working a full time job, taking care of the household and raising three kids who want to be involved in anything and everything. I truly want to help you.
