It's a privilege and an honor to be allowed the chance to train with you! And I take great pride in that opportunity. I believe that workouts should be FUN, engaging and challenging! Sometimes just the effort to get to the gym can be tough, and I don’t take that lightly! I want each class to be worth your time and leave you feeling accomplished!!

I have been working in the fitness and sports industry for nearly 25 years. From coaching competitive gymnastics and cheer-leading to a variety of group classes, I am able to leverage my conditioning and flexibility/agility training and knowledge from my coaching experience to add new and different approaches to group fitness. I also use the extensive types of class formats I have led to bring efficient and effective workout plans to my classes.

Outside of offering well rounded and thought out workout plans, my niche area in coaching is focusing on motivation and encouragement. During class I am scanning for form, but you can bet I am also watching body language and response. Feeling defeated? Running out of energy? That’s the moment I will step in and push you when you need it!! You will often hear me say “You didn’t come this far to quit now! Let’s finish strong”. I am committed to make sure you work to full potential!
