As a passionate and highly motivated certified fitness professional, my mission is to help others lead healthier, more confident lives. I am an AFAA-certified Group Fitness Instructor, teaching a variety of dynamic classes including Strength Training, Barre, Flex n Flow, Piyo, Bootcamp, Be Strong, Plyometrics, HIIT, and Kickboxing. Additionally, I hold certifications as a Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, Indoor Cycling Instructor, and am certified in Adult/Pediatric First Aid, CPR, and AED.
I am a devoted Christian, wife, and mother to two energetic boys, Brian (8) and Brycen (5).
Outside of my fitness career, I enjoy creating healthy, high-protein, and holistic recipes, setting new personal goals, and spending quality time with my family and friends. During the summer months, you’ll often find me boating and camping, embracing the outdoors, and making cherished memories with loved ones.
Fitness is not just a job for me; it’s a passion that fuels my desire to help others build strength, improve their health, and enhance their self-confidence.
In 2014, my relationship with fitness deepened when it became a vital tool for strengthening my mental and emotional health. Having faced some of life’s toughest challenges, I discovered that fitness provided the balance I needed to maintain a healthy mind, body, and soul. This transformative experience sparked my dedication to helping others use fitness in the same way.
In 2021, my fitness journey took a significant turn when I discovered Fitness NOW. The gym immediately felt like home, offering a place where I could recharge both physically and spiritually. Nearly four years later, I proudly serve as a trainer at Fitness NOW, where I wholeheartedly teach classes and work with clients to help them reach their fullest potential.
I am deeply committed to creating powerful, fun, and effective workouts that help individuals achieve their best selves. My goal is not just to provide a workout, but to inspire, support, and empower others on their fitness journey.
