A little bit about me~ Since retiring in 2018 I’ve been enjoying every single day with my hubby, John. I love to travel everywhere! Taking a road trip to a concert, camping, kayaking, antiquing, everything about fitness and of course cycling! My passion for fitness started at 18. I began with Group Fitness Certification teaching for a YMCA outreach program. A few years later, I found my ”Happy Place” with indoor cycling! Now, over 40 years later, my love for fitness is not only a passion, it’s a lifelong lifestyle. So, the journey continues at my current home Fitness NOW! As an indoor cycling instructor, I will encourage you through positive reinforcement! Each ride will move you through a visual journey. Being proficient in coaching all levels and abilities, I promise to bring professionalism, knowledge, skills and motivation to class! Oh, and I love feedback from you! I want to grow too! Motivation is key with me! I want YOU to succeed! I’m very detail driven, so we’ll keep routines and music fresh and we won’t miss a beat!
